Courier Guy arrives at 8:30am to collect Makro parcel and refuses to take the TA parcels as its not "on his system" I notify Courier Guy as TA parcels are EXTREMELY time sensative and have stringent SLA s attached. Mitch appologises and ensures the driver has been informed to turn back and collect...here we sit at 2pm waiting for these parcel to be collected!! There is no way that if the parcel has not even yet been collected that a booking at the Cape Town DC can be made and the Parcel Delivered from JHB to CPT on time by the required due date of Wednesday 04 Dec. The phone either goes unanswered or the consultant puts the phone down on you or the next one just puts you on hold until you put the phone down. The gravity of the situation is not lost on them. They know full well that our business will be in breach of SLA and our account suspended. Leaving us all unemployed.
