Courier Guy WhatsApp FTW

I've dealt with numerous sellers and it's no wonder why they all choose to ship via Courier Guy. What really made me want to write this review was actually my last purchase.

For context, the seller processed the order on the Wednesday without actually handing over the parcel and with LOX free shipping I had assumed that I would have my parcel sent to my office the next day (as seemingly every seller does). I looked on the tracking page that same night and to my shock I saw that it had not even been collected (never mind reaching the destination hub in Joburg for delivery the next day). My office is closed on Fridays so I was hoping to intercept the package and maybe get it delivered on Monday.

On Friday morning the package was in Joburg and by the time I woke up it was en route to my office. I used their WhatsApp chat and thanks to Lize-Marie the driver not only skipped my office but even handed it over to another hub where it was eventually delivered to my doorstep within mere hours after opening the chat.

11/10 service and extremely friendly and efficient people to deal with. No nonsense or excuses, just results.
