Courier Guy very bad service

Very bad service and unprofessional conduct by depot staff.18 E mails to arrange pick up,4 days of lying about the package not ready for collection,4-7n days for delivery at Polokwane depot.Unprofessional conduct by the Depot Manager when I wanted to raise my complaint with him.I will not advise making use of there service.Never have I had such frustration with one company and staff!!
