Courier Guy vehicle drove into my car and now they're ignoring the issue

In October 2020 a delivery vehicle from Courier Guy caused an accident by making a U-turn into the side of my car. I've since been struggling to have Courier Guy take accountability for their driver and they've been ignoring all attempts at communication to sort this out. Very ************* company.
