Courier Guy - USLESS

I sent to parcels each in a pudo locker and Courier guy mixed up the parcels. Each item got recieved by the wrong person. We tried phoning and visiting a branch for help, they admitted to switching the parcels but refuse to help. Now I am stuck finding a solution. I am sick and tired of Courier guy. I refuse to use them ever again.
