Courier guy useless service

Yesterday we asked to collect a parcel from Kyalami we asked that it was urgent, this morning we where told the package is not here with the Secunda branch, after we made several calls to your office regarding this package, and still you could not deliver, Courier guy is the most useless courier service, this is not the first time this happened, losing money now because of a useless courier service, Thank you fot nothing and no service. Very Very disappointed
