Courier Guy Useless Pathetic for Ecommerce and logistics of parcels

Package was sent out with 3 x A4 SIZED WARNING SIGNS -FRAGILE THIS SIDE UP HANDLE WITH CARE.Packaged extra Foam and polystyrene parcel secured inside box 1000%.

Package was mishandled DAMAGED and delivered to customer box ALSO damaged. Customers item was no longer working I had to get spares and resend it to my customer Informed courier guy who requested an invoice for the items I bought,SAID NO REFUND OR CREDIT IS DUE TO ME.. THEY CONTACTED MY CUSTOMER to investigate me and give out important information with regard to MY Stock invoice I BOUGHT FROM SUPPLIER and pricing I ADVISED to the customer.Harassed the customer for information without my consent or the customer consent as its my customer they requested information from to do there investigation on the box that they damaged it did not leave my premises like that they said no claim possible as no negligence and damage was caused by their end. The other parcel I sent was hijacked while in their possession and they request a million things according to their Business rules no apology nothing will be given to you, invoices and personal information to submit the claim as if you at fault
