Courier guy unreliable

Absolutely horrible service, I had ordered a tool which I needed urgently and the sending company assured me it would be delivered today, I got an email and text from courier guy by 10 am saying I would receive my parcel before 5pm. 4:30pm I called their customer care line to enquire and I was told to be patient, called again 6pm same thing, by 6:53pm tracking on their website showed that delivery was attempted but their was no one to receive the parcel. This is an obvious lie as no one called me plus I live in a place with security that could have received my parcel on my behalf
