Courier guy unreliable

I have been waiting for a package that was sent to me on the 6th of December from Welkom in the Free State to Willowmore. Today is the 17th. I contacted Courier Guy PE several times with promises that someone will contact me back they will let me know whats going on. I havent heard back and the day is just about over. This package contains my daughters birthday present and her birthday is tomorrow on the 18th. So hopefully my 5 year old will understand why she didn't get her present
