Courier Guy Tzaneen bad service.

I have had such bad service from the courier guy. Tzaneen branch specifically. I have requested 3 times for packages to be collected off my account in Tzaneen. Once from my mothers house and twice from my sisters house. The first package at my mothers house wasn’t collected on time because “they don’t check if anything was requested over a weekend or after working hours”. Please take note that this is all done online, so the system should update itself automatically and that the pick up is during their normal operating hours. After multiple phone calls eventually someone comes to collect the package about 3 days late. I make a mental note not to request A pickup out of their working hours. (The package itself needs to be callected during their working hours, it’s just that the request to pick it up is put in after their ‘preferred’ times) The next package I request at my sisters house, it’s picked up and delivered. Thank goodness! I request another package to be picked up at her house a couple of days later (again, specifically put this request in during their working hours) and again, no one pitches up to collect it. I give them another day, and still no pickup. By the 3rd day I start phoning them to ask what’s going on? This is the response: “Our driver collected a parcel there the other day, so he didn’t think he should collect another one there.” How pathetic! Those were two seperate requests! Anyway, I get promised the parcel will be collected by the end of the day... Guess what, it wasn’t collected by the end of the day! (This was a Friday, so now I had to wait a whole weekend for any communication from them) finally Monday rolls around and they collect the parcel. Tuesday the parcel is delivered... TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! they decided it should go to the 2nd parcels address, instead of the address I had requested. There has been very poor communication from their side about how they will be solving this issue and whether it has been solved yet or not.

I would not request to use the courier guy Tzaneen!
