Courier guy the company that doesnt care for there customers

If you ever want your packages broken ,lost ,not get picked up on time or not delivered to your clients courier guy is the company for you if you feel the need to try call or locate your package or speak to somebody that actually keeps to there promises then courier guy is definatly not your company in the last month they have managed to break parts sent to customers lost parts and found them 2 days later and then also over charge you or change the tarrif and when you ask for proof in 3 days they cannot communicate or get back to you or send you proof of there blatent *****ing from there customers never have i had such poor service and also given my buisness a bad name due to there poor service
