Courier Guy terrible service-Cannot care less about your package

Sent a package from Gauteng to East London on 23 December and by the 2nd of January 26 it had still not been delivered.

I got a call from Courier Guy delivery person on the 26th sayibg they had received the package and will be delivering shortly. A week later and it is still with them. Follow-up after follow-up on the delivery man's cell phone ignored.

It was made clear that this package is urgent, just really poor service considdering that it should take three days, 11 and countong is not acceptable.

I made a complaint to Courier Guy customer service and have had no response.

Sent another package from Gauteng to East London via POSTNET to POSTNET also on the 24th December and received it on the 26th December.

Why can Courier Guy not do it in 11 Days?
