Courier Guy Terrible customer service

The Courier Guy has extremely poor customer service! Whether you phone,email or whatsapp,all they do is reply with parcel status once the parcels finally pitch up! How does telling me what I already know assist with lost packages, undelivered packages or your Mosselbay branch not having phone lines for MONTHS now, solve any of my issues?? I can not sit at home for 3 days in a row and hope you deliver eventually or drive to hubs to go pick up packages myself over and over!! Do better!!
