Phoned 4x on day 1 and 2x on day 2. No answer. Complained on WhatsApp to AI, it went on a loop answer so no joy (inadequate training). Got transferred to a "human" and no response for 16 minutes, then this: "Thank you for your inquiry. Please note that your query requires escalation to a specialized department. I have identified the appropriate team and will forward your request to them, along with all relevant information for prompt action. Your unique reference number is: ***8"
