Courier Guy ****** packages

Received a PIN to supply upon delivery. The packages that were sent never arrived and in their tracking portal it shows as delivered. After contacting their offices, you get placed on hold with no end in sight. Contacted their head branch in Johannesburg, they redirected me back to the Middelburg branch where the phone kept ringing until "The subscriber you dialed is not available at present" is received.

I am pretty sure this is theft, and a ******** case will follow.
