Courier guy stole my goods

My goods were shipped with this courier, and I found out that my 5 devices worth around R35,000 were missing. I was told the driver had left the job, and nothing was done—no refund was provided. Communication during their investigation was minimal, and they never called back as promised. I had such horrible service; all I am asking for is a refund for my goods or my missing stock.
