Courier Guy Stellenbosch Poor service

We are regular users of Courier Guy and recently their service has dropped from excellent to poor. Another botched delivery filled with **** and empty promises of delivery times. The Stellenbosch Kiosk personnel do not play open cards with customers and blatantly lie about delivery times. I waited over an hour whilst listening to their "it will be here in 10 minutes" rhetoric over and over.

Best to rather use POSTNET, bit more expensive but reliable.

After complaining to Head Office Management and Customer Service line, absolutely no feedback given, no recompense, no explanation.
