Courier guy starting to slip

I've never had issues with the courier guy before. Now they are starting to micro manage their parcels and penalise you for minor differences. I got charged extra because my parcel weighed 80 grams, 80 GRAMS! more than what I declared. This in turn has now delayed my delivery to a customer. Your micromanagement will be your downfall courier guy
