Courier Guy South Arica - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!

I have never had such a bad experience with a courier company in my entire life. The Courier guy has a service called Pudo which we tried first but could not drop the package at the locker because the locker was offline. I ended up loosing the R150 because you have to write countless emails just to get the money reversed and you never get it back. The point is that courier guy is steeling south Africans hard earned money because I believe that a big company like the courier guy in 2022 should have known that their Pudo lockers was offline in Delmas and all those packages should have been refunded automatically. We decided to go with the courier guy again, opened an account and topped the account up with R1000. We sent out 1 x small package that didn't even weigh 0.80kg and cost us R251 overnight to Cape town, we tried to send another package and realized that my account was minus 2041 where there should have been R749 left. The Courier guy made a mistake and charged me for 65kg. I cant send out any packages and I'm loosing money because the courier guy cant fix their mistake or even try to help their customer when the hole situation is their fault. PLEASE HELP
