COURIER GUY - SO DISSAPOINTED!

WISHED I COULD GIVE 0 STAR RATING. I booked my collected way in advance and phoned courier guy to make sure they collect during a spesific time. The package was extremely important. However courier guy pitched up AFTER office ours and obviously the company was closed. I had to them spend money again to make alternative arrangements as I cound not wait. It was suppsed to me an overnight collection.
