Courier guy shipping

Been using courier guy lots for my business they are as fast to deliver as post net is and give the customer the chose which one to use . Now I used courier. Guy for my private use as I swop items with a friend but as my friend in the Cape does not have money to post I said I will pay for both parcels . My parcel sent costed R150 from Limpopo to the Cape as both items were coming and going to the same place and the items were about the same size he never ask for a quote when he droped it off at the courier guy . But he did say they bobble ****d it up even more than he had bobble ****d it which must have added to the size now courier guy want me to pay R1104 for the parcel from the Cape but my parcel sent to the Cape was only R150 I am now expected to pay R954 for there bobble rap that added to the size cost . I think I am going the cut courier guy from my shipping list for next year as I think they should have quoted me or him a price before just shipping from the Cape to Limpopo
