Courier Guy service is not was it use to be

Am I the only one that feels Courier Guy's service has gone to the dogs in the last few months? I have been a loyal customer since 2021 - not a big account, but LOYAL. And now... there is not a day that goes by that I there isnt an issue of some sort. From collections to deliveries - Every single day is a frustration. And there is this absolute 'DONT CARE' attitude. You can't escalate anything, you can't go through to managers of any kind, NOTHING!! What is going on????
