Courier guy service is non existent 1 star is generous

1 star is being generous right now. Pay for express delivery, 7 days later still not delivered, dont even bother with the call center waste of time and you will never get that time back... held on for 10 min when they couldn't give me an answer i had the phone put down So I phoned in again ... Hold on we are checking ... phone call gets put down the third person cant even give me an answer as to where our parcel is This is not the first time its happened but as a company spending almost R30-40k with them you would think they would care about the business BUT it doesn't matter how much you spend with them every client should be treated the same, as a paying client is equal to any other irrespective of the amount ... my point is lose enough customers and you lose a business no matter how small or big the account .. many companies are waiting with open arms to fill the gap Online agents are even worse you can wait up to 4 hours there before something is said

This company should be careful they are not the only ones who can courier and their arrogance to treat customers with zero feedback will be their downfall in the long run
