courier guy service declining badly

service is declining since moving from Pudo. no critical thinkers at the Roodepoort kiosk no solution on customer issues arising from tge CG lockers problems/issues. service from staff at kiosk was pathetic, no attemp to resolve anything. I was told to drive around and look for a working locker there's nothing she can do
