Courier Guy Service

Normally I would rate The Courier Guy a 10 out of 10 for service but that would have to be for a parcel going anywhere in the country but Cape Town. I have had endless issues with damaged stock arriving in Cape Town, but the exact same stock I send to JHB and DBN in the exact same packaging always seems to arrive in one piece, leading me to believe the issues lies either with the CPT depot or while it is in transit on that specific route that there is negligence. But when it arrives in Cape Town it seems to be damaged or quite badly scuffed. Apart from that I have also had an accounts query with the CPT Branch that has been dragged on for over 1 month now and I have not had a conclusive answer and now nobody responding to my emails with regards to the matter. I am hoping by doing this on hello peter I might get my matter resolved.
