Courier guy service

I placed a order as a adhoc order, they requested additional fees because they said the box is slightly bigger but they charge you a 150 more just for this, I find courier guy over priced. Also I placed a order as a regular order and created an account I top up my balance because I thought they will deduct the outstanding fee here but then they requested me to eft it directly and I already top up my balance but now I'm trying to get a refund on my money but they making it difficult to get a refund I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with courier guy because if you top up your balance you will loose your money and to top it off they enjoy adding hidden cost to make the amount more.
