Courier Guy sells a service they don't have

I have been trying to open an account with The Courier Guy since early November 2021 - no luck! My emails are ignored and when they bother to get in touch they need more and more documents. I was applying for a Pay as you Go account, no credit requested.

I had an overnight parcel sent to me on Monday - it only arrived on Wednesday. Upon collecting the parcel that was already late I was told that Knysna doesn't offer overnight, yet they had no problem taking my money to have the parcel sent overnight.

I sent another parcel overnight to JHB and yet again it was not delivered on time - this time resulting in me losing a sale of R9000!

Thank you for the non existent overnight service which you gladly charge for.

No more Courier Guy for me.
