COURIER GUY SECUNDA - WORST BRANCH EVER!

SECUNDA WORST BRANCH EVER. NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH ANY PARCELS.

We had a collection arranged for solar panels. Because we know the risk of panels getting damaged we took precaution by getting the panels packed and wrapped in a pallet.

Secunda branch Manager Marko confirmed that they had broke our packaging because they did not have a big enough truck to fit the panels. We received all panels loose and one broken. They refuse to take responsibility as they say we signed an indemnity form saying they do not take responsibility for any damages. SINCE WHEN HAVE COURIERS THE RIGHT TO BREAK OPEN SECURED PROPERTY ???????????

DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY WILL OPEN YOUR PACKAGES!!!!!
