Courier guy *****s your money for **** services

Shocking shocking shocking!!! Had an overnight delivery and it is day 2 on a Saturday and they don't deliver! I have an online business that just lost R8000 I have a good mind and sueing them for that loss. If I lose this client I will definitely put in a claim for thos loss. I have used DHL and never had my issues like this. This company ****s people with the overnight delivery. I have tried to contact them but no one answered my questions Any company is better than this one
