Very bad experience with rustenburg branch I haaad a parcel delivered from a provider. On Friday 13 May I received a sms that my parcel would be delivered and I arranged a day off work to attend to this matter. The whole day I waited for the parcel and nothing happened .on Saturday I received an email and I phoned and was told the driver was at my address and phoned several times. Problem no 1 he had my number All wrong ,,( or so he says ) coz no phone calls came through So I ask these very enlightened people to make another arrangement and was given the number of driver spoke to him and thought I had everything sorted. Only here all the problems started and the driver said he phones me but no calls I have all correspondence with them calls recorded etc and they keep on lying telling me the driver phones etc etc but when I ask the so called management to give me proof of calls they can't. Courier Guy rustenburg should close their doors.
