Courier Guy: Rude and unprofessional

The delivery person, Chris, called me today, March 3, 2026, when he was already in front of my yard without notifying me beforehand. I immediately left work, told him to give me 15 minutes, and said I would be there. However, by the time I arrived, he had already left. When I called to ask where he was, he said he was in Silverton and that I should wait. I waited for 20 minutes, but he still did not show up. When I called again, he mentioned that he could not come to my location at 4:00 PM. Chris seemed very irritated but didn’t even think to apologize.
