Courier Guy review

Long time user of Courier Guy. Had parcel shipped on waybill TCG***6 from Nelspruit on Wednesday 5th December to Brits. Arrived at Johannesburg hub at 00h35 on Thursday morning. Lay at Jhbg hub Thursday and Friday without being sent out on delivery. Called Courier Guy and was told parcel missing, they would need to escalate and do floor search. Later heard parcel was found and would be delivered Monday to Wednesday following week. Rep**** it was unacceptable, parcel was now urgently required. They said the would escalate it. Received message from Giovanni Bush apologising for delay and promising parcel would be delivered before 12 noon the following day, the Saturday. Sat the whole of Saturday with my phone next to me, courier did not arrive. Kept checking over weekend on tracking and this morning observe the parcel arrived at Rustenburg hub Friday night. Looking at tracking, it does not reflect that it is even out for delivery this Monday morning. So the promise of restoring my faith in wonderful service by Courier Guy by Giovanni Bush came to nothing thanks to Courier Guy Rustenburg.
