Courier Guy repeatedly delay collections

I have experienced the same issue twice now. We order stock for a farm. Some are larger in size. We indicate all sizes as per supplier in packed format on the Courier Guy online booking website. so The Courier Guy HAS the details. Yet, every time they arrive at collection with a vehicle that is too small to pick up the goods. We pay for fast/urgent delivery, but everytime we get delivery way past the 2-3 days mark as result of the incorrect vehicles used. It is bad and we simply cannot use them for urgent farm deliveries any longer
