Courier guy refuses to deliver package to my house

I have many courier companies deliver items to me but none have given me a headache like Andile Samyile from courier guy. He refuses to enter the estate to deliver packages. I have to get into my car and drive out of the estate to meet him outside of the estate where many people get ******. He is very arrogant and blatantly refuses to deliver packages door to door as the courier guy says they do. Unfortunately i don't choose the delivery company but because of andile i really hate to have an online store i purchase from use that company
