Courier Guy refuses refund on non-collection

I placed a booking for a collection at a legitimate business with Courier Guy. They then refused to make the coillection and cited that the comapnay had previouysly sent banned or unsafe goods. My order contained no unsafe goods and I had no knowledge of this situation. Courier guy then refused any refund. Be warned that you may order from a company and if Courier guy has put them on their 'blacklist' you will lose all your money. I was politely told read the Ts and Cs.
