COURIER GUY RECKLESS DRIVING

The driver with vehicle reg DN73BV GP drove like a maniac yesterday afternoon (6/3/2018) just after Gilloolys farm. He almost smashed into me to cut ahead and then almost hit the car in front of him , that car had to swerve onto the pavement to avoid him. He continued speeding recklessly and drove over the island and up an embankment onto the oncoming traffic lane. This was around 5pm yesterday peak hour traffic. I would like this to be taken seriously as lives could have been lost due to this reckless driving which seems to be the norm for courier guy drivers. I live in Sharonlea and have the same problem on that side. I would like someone to contact me and let me know what action if any has been taken.
