Courier Guy. Pudo service shocking

A friend sent me a parcel on the 16th dec 2021 from Bloemfontein using the Pudo drop off box . Well to cut a very long story short after many phone calls, wattsapps, emails etc. I keep getting told someone will get back to me. Well someone did from Bloemfontein and told me the parcel was never dropped off. I got all the info when what time etc got back to the lady in bloem who said oooh sorry my parcel is in colsberg. Its coming back to Bloem and she will send me the new tracking number. Well another week passed and i phoned her back again. Oh she didnt know what had happened. And so this has gone on on on for a month. I just dont know what to do now.
