Courier Guy / PUDO – Missing Parcels and No Resolution After a Month

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Courier Guy/PUDO.

I sent 4 parcels in total using PUDO lockers:

2 parcels were placed in one locker, destined for Polokwane. 2 parcels were placed in another locker, destined for Thabazimbi.

The problem is that each recipient only received 1 of the 2 parcels. Therefore, 2 parcels are currently missing.

I have been trying to resolve this matter with Courier Guy/PUDO for approximately a month now. Unfortunately, I have been sent from pillar to post between different departments/people, without anyone providing me with a clear explanation of where the missing parcels are or what is being done to locate them.

What is particularly frustrating is the complete lack of a concrete resolution. After a month, I still do not have a satisfactory answer regarding the whereabouts of my parcels.

At this point, I am genuinely concerned that the parcels may have been lost altogether, yet I have not received a clear explanation or meaningful assistance from Courier Guy/PUDO.

I chose PUDO because I expected a reliable and traceable delivery service. Instead, I am left chasing the company for answers about parcels that were entrusted to them.

Courier Guy/PUDO, I need a proper investigation and a clear answer regarding the whereabouts of my two missing parcels, as well as an explanation of what happened to them and how this matter will be resolved.

A month is more than enough time to provide a customer with a proper answer
