To use your service is totally disgusting and bad for my small business. I use your Pudo station to client’s door option. We buy the brand new, never used boxes, from you. The last few weeks we had items ****** from parcels, clients complaining about the horrific state parcels gets delivered to them and today this!!! Note this was a brand-new box when it was deposited to the Pudo box in Randburg, it had numerous FRAGILE stickers on it, yet this did not bother you the box was torn open and looked like a box that has been used 100 times over and over. You have absolutely no respect for your clients, but you are quick to take our money and not refund us when we make mistakes, like double booking a parcel on your site even if we phone you immediately to fix the mistake.

To have parcels delivered to clients in this state is embarrassing to my business and causes clients to never order from me again. ALL THANKS TO COURIER GUY!!!
