Courier Guy Potchefstroom - Credit Card Refund Major Problem

<p>I have been doing business with Courier Guy in Potchefstroom for nearly a year know and have always received excellent service. In December a problem arrised concerning a parcel to be send to Botswana. I requested the parcel to be returned and my money to be refunded on my credit card. For the first time in my life I am requested to provide a bank stamped statement and a certified copy of my ID in order to get a credit card refund...? And then I have to wait for another week to get a refund on my credit card this is unacceptable. In this time and age with credit card ***** and ****s this is of major concern to me,</p>
