Courier Guy poor service

Local overnight delivery turns into a week-long wait.

Only after I started enquiring about my delivery did they realise my parcel had been "misrouted" and was at the wrong depot. I am quite sure I would still have been waiting for my parcel another few weeks if I had not enquired about my delivery
