Courier guy Polokwane

The courier guy Polokwane, keeps my package for 2 days and then send me a whatsapp that I must phone them to declare some info. They don't pick up their phone easily, but when they do the person just casually says that the vehicle was full and he is not allowed to take any more parcels. For 2 days. When I phone them no extra info was needed.

The driver stops here by the company I work for on a daily basis.
