Courier guy pathetic

Where do I even begin to describe the horrible service, I recieved from courier guy. They messed up my delivery which was suppose to come to umbilo,I don't know how it was delivered to someone in portshepston.

Now I've been back n forth trying to retrieve my parcel since last year October, phoned their westmead branch and I was transferred to Portshepston branch and I spoke to Steven who called the lady that had my parcel that was 17 November last year.

I haven't received my parcel or some sort of feedback,this was a cape town marathon tshirt. They messed up my waybill and deliverd my tshirt in a wrong address and there's no accountability from them. I'm.just tired of this calling them and there's is no solution. Pathetic!!
