Courier Guy not what they used to be

Very unsatisfactory experience recently with the Courier Guy, specifically here in Ballito/Durban area. After waiting all day at home for my parcel to arrive, I was then sent a notification that their delivery attempt was unsuccessful. No one phoned me or hooted at the gate but the delivery was then carried over from the Friday to the following Monday. Again I waited all day and eventually called the depot and asked if the parcel could be dropped there and I would collect myself - no return phone call from Ballito office to say it was there, 3 phone calls later, somebody said it was there and I had to go in and collect. It was eventually found and handed to me, no signing for it or checking my ID, just simply parcel handed over and goodbye. I found it very unsatisfactory and their total lack of concern and apathy very offputting.
