Courier Guy not the same anymore!

Have been using this company for many years, unfortunately they are no longer what the use to be. Sadly a parcel sent with FRAGILE STICKERS and TAPE arrived with damages. Furthermore, they have not agreed to deliver the parcel to home address, but repacked the broken/damaged parcel back and will put into locker for next day delivery! The damage was not done by me and this procedure is NOT ACCEPTABLE. We trust the company with our belongings to be delivered in the way we have packed them. Disgusting attitude.
