Courier guy not so great

I had a terrible experience with the courier guy, having to call in several times to be told that the instructions I gave for my package were being followed when in actual fact they were not. The consultants who answer the customer service line do not communicate with the drivers as they say they do and the drivers do not read the delivery instruction. Worst experience. The operations manager Shaun or Shane had to assist me and send a night shift driver by the name of Tumi to assist. I'd like to thank Shaun/ Shane and Tumi because they were not only professionals but they cared to sort out their colleagues mess.
