Courier Guy Not Recommended

I just want to say that the service from these guys are not good. First when they had to collect the package I wanted to courier they were late in picking it up. They did not even phone to say they were going to be late, I had to follow up and try and find out what is going on. When writing this, it is 6 days now, and still haven't received my package. When we ask where it is, they said that the package was removed from the previous branch because there is no space for my package. So now we are going for a week, and still no package, and packages being removed because they don't have space. This is very bad service.
