Courier Guy nightmare

I am disgusted by the service I am getting at Courier guy, I booked them on 11th to deliver parcel from Louis Trichardt to George. I have not received my parcel and unfortunately it's food. It will be mess when it gets here and they expect me to pay for their useless service. When I track their waybill number TCG***1, it Says it is still in Joburg since on the 11th. This is worst kind of service I have ever received in my life and when you trying to call them, they don't even answer their phones. I think they must close their business because they can't deliver to their promises. They sat it takes two to three days.
