Courier Guy Nelspruit - Worst Service

They have been sitting with my package since the 3rd of March. Up until today I have not received my package (If you pay for a service for 1-2 days of delivery you expect that service) I have numerous times tried phoning the Nelspruit branch as well as head office. Nobody is helping. Just replying they will escalate my query. Every day my package shows out for delivery and at the end of the day it shows - access denied. But I was not phoned and was at home, I even sent them proof of my phone records!!! How long is acceptable to wait for my package??? This is also not my first bad experience with them
