Courier guy needs customer service class

Never have i ever had a problem with my deliveries from you guys but the guy that drop'ed of my parcel today needs to go for a class in customer service, According to him he spent a very long time outside my house pressing the hooter and button on the gate and then decided to phone me.... why not phone me after 1 min. The guy inside my house actually said he heard the hooter after a few seconds then got dressed and went outside to get the parcel. So either your driver is a very good **** or his hooter is very soft. And then when i phoned him to let him know someone is coming out he said he is only waiting 3 more min then he leaves and my package will be on the ground outside. So if possible can you trace this person who drop'ed of my package today and never send him my way again because i wanted to give him so much of my thoughts that i would probably sit in jail right now , he also took out my form so the only proof i have is a code under the sticker TCG***T
